Disappointing Results From 7 Keto
I was excited to try this exogenous ketone supplement in hopes of improving my workouts, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. After I put it to the test, I still felt sluggish and didn't see any noticeable results. The only positive aspect is that it's easy to mix into drinks. However, it's not worth the high price tag in my opinion. Better options are available in the Health and Household section.
