Unfortunately, while the monitor works great and looks great, it has serious firmware issues, particularly with regards to the standby mode. It often won't go to sleep, staying on with a blank screen and indicating it's receiving a video signal when it isn't. Changing some settings will prevent this in most cases, but it still happens. This model also exhibits the dreaded hot disconnect problem that many DP and HDMI monitors have, which disconnects from the PC when waking up from standby, forcing Windows to move everything on your desktop (much worse for multi- Monitor users like me.) Gigabyte support is totally unaware of these issues and they never fix them, even though they are relatively simple firmware bugs. My advice: spend a little more money and get a better monitor.
