I bought 2XL because the shoulders are too high, the sleeves are short.
Great shirt for work. Easy to wear, wash and dry without wrinkling. The shoulder seams were too high for my size XL so I bought a few more in 2XL. This adjusted the shoulders, the length of the arms. I'm 6ft 3in, 235# and very active. The extra length to plug in only helps.
