I was so tired of my mismatched cookware set. A couple of wooden pieces here. a couple silicone pieces there. every color under the sun! So, I have been looking for a comprehensive set, in a SOLID color, to replace my kitchenware.I have purchased other silicone cookware in the past. and although I love the functionality and ability to safely use it on all of my pans (non-stick coating and stainless steel), I was always disappointed in the rigidity of the utensil. Some would just buckle out of the box. others would be rigid until they were warmed. and then would buckle. [I lost many a great shirt to stains from food falling off a buckled spoon!]I was immediately drawn to this set based on the sheer number of items. and the COLOR! The aquamarine color matches a lot of the accent pieces that I have thought the kitchen and dining area and was thrilled to see that it matches the pictures perfectly. I was also happy to see that it contained every piece that I would need right next the stove. [I tend to keep a few duplicate pieces around JIC. but have them in the drawer.]Out of the box, this set has a perfectly rigid core that extends almost to the edge of every piece. I have used almost all of the set in higher temperature settings and it has maintained the rigidity. The handles and weight are perfectly matched for comfortability and ease of use. They also clean up very well and I have yet to stain any of them with my various marinaras!If I had any complaint, it would be that the included holder could stand to be a bit wider. It will accommodate the utensils, but becomes very tight and difficult to navigate if you want to store everything in it. However, there are a few items that I typically store in the drawer. so I have been able to navigate around this issue.Fantastic kitchenware option to add a pop of color that will not break the bank!
