Media could not be loaded. These filters and this system are terrible. I had a few issues with the system itself, but that's another story. The system leaked out of the box and had manufacturing defects. Numerous support calls that were rude and unhelpful. This is my third set of replacement filters that ALL have had problems with. Each set leaked water under my sink. It was installed by a professional plumber at a cost of $150. When I changed the filter I had no water, but the old filter worked (but leaked). Dealing with customer service issues was a joke. They had me put a quarter (yes, a quarter) under the filter to add height. Obviously a production error. So I paid a lot of money for the device and the filter and you want me to modify the filter? You should avoid these products unless you want your kitchen to be flooded, spend hours of your life talking to rude customer service, don't endorse your purchase because it wasn't sourced directly from the manufacturer, or you just toss it gladly gone in the bucket. I am not new to water filters as I have had numerous systems over the past 20 years and these are the worst I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Please review and verify the low ratings before purchasing as they are written for a good reason. Come on, read them.
