Review on 🎂 Professional Bakeware: Last Confection 9x13x2 Rectangular Aluminum Cake Pan - Deep & Durable by Christopher Lance

Love this pan! I've had bad luck with cakes sticking to large shapes (especially square or rectangular ones), to the point where I usually buy twice as many ingredients as I really need (since I'd have to repeat at least one layer, right??) . So I was thrilled when not one but all 6 layers of cake I baked for this weekend's celebration came out with no problems! Edges and corners remain well defined even with very good lubrication and flouring. And unlike many others I've used before, this one has really straight sides so the layers line up perfectly!
