, I really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. They came with MORE than enough hardware, and while there were no instructions, they were easy to install. Now, of course, I had already removed the wheels, but it only took me 15 minutes to get out the old clamps and install them using these clamps and some of the included hardware. Also, they fit perfectly.
