I quickly upgraded the fan to a Noctua 92x15 mm PWM fan, attached it to the motherboard as a system fan, and set the speed to approximately 1500 RPM. As a result, I no longer have to worry about my computer overheating, and I don't have any issues with excessive noise.

- With a system that does not have PWM, when the load is applied, the fan starts spinning at full speed but stops almost instantly every 30 seconds.
