Review on Enhance Dishwashing Safety with GE WD21X10261 Interlock Switch by Anthony Parker

Exact replacement part for my dishwasher. The old one was slowly failing over time and you had to fiddle with the door latch lever to get it working. Finally completely given up. I removed the front door cover, did a bit of troubleshooting and found that one of the two interlock switches inside had melted and was no longer making contact. The swap was pretty easy and I did it within 20 minutes (with the help of a 4 and 6 year old!). After the repair it worked perfectly. The part turned out to be an exact replacement of the original quality. I am very happy about this detail. Tip: SAFETY FIRST - ALWAYS DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY REPAIR!
