You might mention the garden and the beach, but I wear these shoes for everything I do around the house. When it comes to gardening, even if I get these shoes dirty or grassy or whatever, I can easily take my garden hose and wash the inside of these shoes. It doesn't take long to let them dry as I just tilt them to let the water drain and I'm done. I have worn them to the beach and again sand can get into them but again they are easy to clean. I've even worn them to take out the trash, wash cars, pressure wash cement, and pretty much anything house related. I get a lot of dirt on these shoes but they clean up easily with no issues. They are very comfortable to wear. Not only do they provide support, but they also make my feet feel like they're fully supported all the time, even when worn for long periods of time. Despite all the weight I've put these shoes through, they still look and feel good.
