I bought this last minute for my brother's wedding. It was going to arrive the day before I was leaving for a cruise so I ordered a 3x to be sure it would fit because I wouldn't have time to send it back. The system recommended a XXL but I couldn't risk the fit knowing I was leaving. I am 5 foot 6 and 318, and very top heavy. The 3x fit nicely. I could go down to the XXL in the future if I want a tighter fit. But this is true to form. The material is not too heavy for me, the length was perfect for my height with a pair of wedge hills. I love it and will be purchasing other colors.
