Replacement Kensington SlimBlade. Works better (I think)

I've been on this Reddit deep-dive trackball experience since I developed RSI in my right hand. Landed me on ambidextrous finger-balls (Expert, SlimBlade, etc). It actually fixed my RSI btw, if you're curious. First I stayed right-hand to adjust to the format, since it's so new from a mouse user. Then I switched to left-hand to relieve my right-hand pain (which had already subsided some), and I'm back to the races. Anyway. dropped the ball on accident, got scuffed real good. Made the SlimBlade pretty janky. Reason I mentioned Reddit, besides that they set me on my trackball path in the first place, is they kept mentioning Perixx for replacement balls for pretty much any trackball you own. They said their balls are better than most manufacturers' balls to begin, so you might even consider buying a trackball mouse, and a Perixx ball separately at the same time. I didn't understand how a ball could have different quality from another, but I kept that in mind. So I bought this ball when I broke mine. Call it a mindset thing, that Reddit got into my head, but it feels like my mouse experience is smoother / more accurate with this ball.
