I love this thing! I couldn't bear to walk down back streets and see all the dust and shit that had accumulated in those hard-to-reach places. I don't have time to get creative, get on a chair or wave a towel at them or any other pointless way. It made it so much easier! Immediate relief from that itch! I can honestly say that I enjoy cleaning and dusting with it. I think it's strong enough for the job it was designed for. I don't like having to buy supplies all the time, but most things have to be replaced at some point, right? I have seen some reviews saying this product is unreliable or the rag is slipping off. This product is designed for dust. hence the DUSTER in the title. If you try to cleanse with it, it won't do you any good.
