When I received it pieces had chipped off the block, I finally understood where it all went. The faceplate popped out of the tabs to hold it. One of the roller guides was also broken. They had absolutely no instructions on how to use it. Just a few photos on the very first page explaining what all the parts are made of. We tried it anyway, with one of the settings that didn't have a broken roller guide, and it didn't work. The Dow Jones index was just rolling on its roller wheel. It was very difficult to get all the dough out of the roller. To be honest I think I just had a bad block. I don't want to discourage anyone from trying.
