This works great on my ProBook 6450b. It heats up like the original charger, but cools down AFTER charging is complete, even if your laptop is still on. The USB charging port is a great addition, and laptop designers should consider how convenient it is, as it allows you to take one less charger with you when you travel. This charger is 5 watts (5v 1 amp). For the cost of it, even if it dies, it's still cheaper than an OEM charger that doesn't have a USB port. It does have a bright blue LED though, which is the only downside, other than that it's a great charger/power adapter. I highly recommend this to reduce the amount of stuff you have to carry around when you go on your adventures. Pros: Cheap price, not quality. Good quality. built-in cons: bright light on the charger
