I reluctantly sold my old SUV and now I have a sedan. Trying to bring building materials home in a sedan is no easy feat. If I have a lot I just rent a truck, but if it's just a sheet of plywood or two or a few nails I wanted to be able to use my car. This set of straps and some pool noodles made it a reality. I was able to tighten them until I felt confident and managed to drive home (slowly) without incident. I'm so happy (but I'm buying a new SUV.)
