Works in 2016 Volvo XC90
It worked but required purchasing other screws. My machine had a washer attached to the bolts that prevented the bolt from entering the bracket properly. See pic. It wasn't difficult to install as I went to the hardware store and bought two 6mm 1 inch car screws. The included wrench didn't work either, but I had my own tools and used them. I ordered a beige holder but it doesn't go well with my Volvo headliner. Otherwise it is a good product and works well.
