Review on 🍖 Food Service Equipment & Disposables: Brown Kraft Butcher Paper Roll by Mark Gilbert

I bought brown paper to use for baking cookies. When I was growing up, we would cut up brown paper bags, spread them out and chilled cookies on them. My husband always used parchment paper for baking and then just took it off to cool the cookies. Now that I'm baking I thought it was a waste of parchment paper and I used some brown paper bags I had - I liked it. Since they are no longer available in grocery stores, I looked around and bought this brown paper roll. That was great. work so well I even baked on it as they suggested, that worked too. It is excellent for cooling and decorating. I have a drawer that fits the roll snugly so I can just pull it out and cut it with a utility knife. Love it.
