Connectors are clearly labeled and use an intuitive quick connect system. There were no leaks in any of the plastic connections. I'll update if they start bothering you. The only leaks were in the metal connections to the plumbing, which just needed to be tightened, and some teflon tape (included). There was an oddly shaped rubber seal. It was supposed to be flat but was shaped like a cylinder. This caused the extra rubber to fold up and significantly block the flow of water. I trimmed off the excess rubber with scissors and it worked. I tested the water using the API Master Test Kit commonly used for home aquariums. Perfect 7.0 pH, 0 KH and 0 GH (hardness), 0 ppm TDS (total dissolved solids). Yes, it is reverse osmosis water. It also tastes great. The included faucet is durable. It's obviously just a standard one-way check valve, so it's pretty reliable and I can't imagine it ever failing. Edit: Tested with an electronic TDS meter showing 10ppm. Excellent.
