1. I bought this to replace my RO.2 spa. Contains 4 out of 5 filters. No RO filter.3. I like that they are basically push connections.4. These are the MIP to T connections for your cold water line. Connectors are clearly labeled and use an intuitive quick connect system. There were no leaks in any of the plastic connections. I'll update if they start bothering you. The only leaks were in the metal connections to the plumbing, which just needed to be tightened, and some teflon tape (included). There was an oddly shaped rubber seal. My main goal was reverse osmosis water for my aquariums. I don't know why I didn't get this sooner! We have hard city water and when you fill the containers you can literally smell the chlorine in the water. We used a water jug with a Britta filter for drinking. what a pain I got the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and saw that tap water is 500-525 TDS. The filter reduces it to 20. Amazing! Stumbled upon a few hardware issues but ran to Lowes and got what I needed. If I had to do it all over again I would make sure I have everything I need before I start taking everything apart under the sink. Any adjustment will not work. Although AquaWell offers many different fittings, not every domestic installation is the same. So go through the drawer, crawl under the sink and check before you do what I did. Went and took a 3/8 with 3/8 and 1/4 inch shut off valve (all one piece, 3 way type)
