Me Gorilla taped my practice fingers to an 8 inch plastic cutting board I got from Dollar Tree. 5 training fingers on each side. while the protrusion is too large, especially the large protrusions, to attach unpolished artificial nails to practice fingers. They stick very well and hold the nail in place while buffing. When the nails are removed from the practice fingers there are no fingerprints left on them and I use an orange pen to remove the tongue from my nails. Using practice fingers to buff or shape my nails before putting them on my fingers is a game changer. No more stains, dents, chips from paint that has not dried completely.
