Seems like a solid headset set for the price. Haven't had a chance to use them on the go yet, but they work well and sound loud and clear in preliminary kitchen tests. I may edit my review in the future if needed, but for now it gets 5 stars for customer service. I bought this headset to use as an intercom between my wife and I while cycling. She's usually my navigator, so it would be nice if I could hear her tell me I'm about to miss a turn we're about to take. She wears a 3/4 helmet and I use a full face. So when I ordered this kit, I mistakenly thought I was ordering a boom mic kit. I actually bought a set with wired mics, not boom mics, which is my fault for not paying attention. This setup worked great for my full face helmet but not so well for my wife's 3/4. I was about to start planning the complex project of building a custom boom for their mic when an idea struck me: what if I just asked the seller for a mic for their boom? I did, and after a very pleasant email exchange two days later, I had her mic. Installation on both helmets was very easy and both devices work as they should. I'll admit the controls can be a little tricky to master as you really only have 2 buttons and a volume rocker to interact with quite a few of the features on these devices, but clear instructions are given to show you what to do. do to achieve the desired result. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
