The phone was advertised for children and the elderly. As a senior I found it very difficult to use! You can take a photo but it will not be sent. Doesn't connect to the internet. The image is grainy and of very poor quality. The time on the phone was not set correctly. I didn't adjust the volume - I could set it to 1 or 7, there was the same loud call. You couldn't silence the ring. Individual messages do not follow the conversation. Messages come one at a time and you're never sure who you're talking to. They helped me a lot with this phone before returning it to Revain including the ATT deal. Terrible phone! Not for the elderly or anyone else!
