I need really good arch support in my shoes and after trying many different insoles and insoles that just didn't work I decided to get creative and make my own. So I bought a roll of this material and gradually cut it into smaller pieces to stack them on top of each other and then attached them to the insole using only the glue contained in the foam itself. This effectively built a nice, soft, arched tower for my foot that I could adjust for myself in real time. I was concerned that with heavy use (e.g. hiking, running, exercising, sweating) the foam might crack or the adhesive might lose its tack, but after about a month of testing I'm happy to report that it has didn't happen at all! I am so happy with this product. It is hard but soft, easy to cut but difficult to tear, and the glue is very sticky. I don't think I'm using it like I should, but it just goes to show that it's versatile and can come in handy in unexpected ways. Thank you!
