The size of this baking set is perfect for large Instant Vortex models (6 or 10 liter) but they can also be used in a toaster oven, conventional oven or Another brand of fryer if the interior is square or rectangular. For example, I can use all but one (more on that later) in my medium-sized Philips XL or DeLonghi, but not in the round Ninji Foodi. The set contains small, durable, non-stick baking pans with various utilities. The mini cupcake pan is the only part that doesn't fit other brands due to the lengthening of the handle. Most models should include at least one mini bread pan, and many can use both. The donut/bagel mold needs large capacity but not as big as a cupcake mold. I find mini bread pans the most useful, followed by mini cupcakes and finally the donut pan. I haven't found a recipe that calls for a donut mold yet. Since you're baking in a fryer, the pans are necessarily small, especially since they fit both the 6-litre and extra-large 10-litre versions. You either have to downsize your favorite recipe, find one that results in a small batch, or bake multiple batches, which defeats the purpose of using an air fryer. I would just use my regular oven. These pans are nothing fancy compared to other dark nonstick pans you can buy at any store, even on sale, but being rated for Instant Vortex they have a niche that makes this handy for owners. - Debbie Lee Wesselman
