I've been brushing my tongue for many years, but this is much more effective. Aside from being easier to remove bacteria than traditional brushes, I also found it a lot easier to reach the back of the tongue without triggering a gag reflex (although this will take a bit of practice no matter what you use). My first day with it actually took some time to clean the way I like it but with daily use it's pretty quick and easy. Already on the first day of use I felt better and fresher. If I could ask the manufacturer to do one thing differently, I'd wish it came with some kind of holdall, but that's more or less a nitpick than anything else. They only cost me a few bucks, I feel a little better and hope they last for many years. Definitely recommended.
