Disappointing product from an overall great company.
As a regular Oral-B user I was disappointed with this floss. My teeth are close together and I need a thin floss BUT this floss is flimsy, it breaks just trying to pull it out of the container. The fineness is perfect for my teeth, but of such poor quality that it crumbles between my teeth. What I'm also tired of is that it often slips back into the container and you have to open it up to fish it out again. I bought two packs and will use them but will not order again.
