I like that it has all of my contact information in one place, instead having to go through different screens/sites for each department within an organization (HR / Payroll). It is more expensive than other products out there; however if you are looking at something with multiple departments included this may be worth considering as well! The software was not easy enough or intuitively set up when we first started using our version so some training would have been helpful but once things got rolling they were fine - just give yourself time & patience because your team will want updates ASAP!! We use DTS across HR + payroll plus customer service teams which makes administration much easier since everything flows into 1 portal where everyone can access info easily.
