Rhino Support - Excellent Customer Service

The customer support is really good. They are always willing to help and are always willing to go above and beyond to help. Sometimes it can be slow to respond, but they are always willing to help. Sometimes it can be hard to find the right ticket. They have a lot of tickets, so it can be hard to find the right one. They are very friendly and helpful. The ticketing system is easy to use. A fantastic system/platform plus excellent Customer Service

I like that it is very easy to use, the customer service team are amazing at helping resolve issues as well as adding features which makes life easier for our clients! There isn't anything i dislike about this software, it works great so far! The only thing i have noticed since we started using rhino support is that they do not seem to be able to help with certain things as quickly or as easily as other companies. If you want an all in one solution then this may suit your needs however if you…
