A fantastic system/platform plus excellent Customer Service

I like that it is very easy to use, the customer service team are amazing at helping resolve issues as well as adding features which makes life easier for our clients! There isn't anything i dislike about this software, it works great so far! The only thing i have noticed since we started using rhino support is that they do not seem to be able to help with certain things as quickly or as easily as other companies.

If you want an all in one solution then this may suit your needs however if you need something more customised there are many options available outside of rhino support such as zendesk. We have been running into some problems with some of our customers but by being connected to their account managers online via chat and email the problem has resolved itself within minutes.
