I like the headset, the sound quality is good, the microphone works well, the mute button is convenient, but there are a few problems. 1. Ear pads are small and sit on the ear, not on it. Especially if you wear glasses, it becomes uncomfortable over time. I would prefer large ear pads with soft cups that match my glasses. 2. The volume buttons on the cable are almost useless, it's a button you have to press on the side to increase or decrease the volume. It's difficult to do, and the volume changes too much with each press. So I just use the computer's volume controls.
