Review on phpList by Dexter Rasberry

The UI is very intuitive to use for new users who have no coding experience at all! You don't even need any HTML knowledge or programming skills in order add your own fields/elements (eg contact form) - just drag & drop them into place from one side panel with ease!! I wish there were more templates available as well so you can create different layouts quickly without having too much customisation required; not something that's hardcoded though which makes it easy enought when changing things around later down stream if needed by adding additional elements etc.
