They hang under the shelf, or you can hang 2 sets of 2 or all 4 in a row. Therefore they are very strong, sticking well to each other to remain stable. I hung 2 of these on the same basket I received a long time ago (I measured) and they fit great. The only good thing is that I wish they were longer. But only buy the big ones properly. But these ones, if you go to the back of the basket, they open up a little more. Well done. Good for the price. I like her.
