Order your actual size - not smaller!

Bought a size down after reviews said they were too big! Now they are too small, and the company does not participate in the exchange. They sent me a prepaid return label. Lets see what happens. Other than that I love the shoe, my aquabike studio uses this brand and have really enjoyed it for the past few months.
