I returned my first case because the sleep function didn't work. Finite contacted me to make sure I had the right model for my Lenovo tablet and immediately sent another sample case. When this case didn't work, I was asked to make a video showing the tablet not responding when the case is closed. When I posted on the Lenovo Community forum, someone reported that Lenovo knew this wasn't working since they updated to Android 10. I received an OTA update to a different version from Lenovo and the case started up as it should. I reported my repair to Finite and offered to pay for their free replacement, but they just asked me to reconsider my case. It is exactly as stated in their Revain info. The tablet snaps into place, the case is tight and thin. I am very happy with how Finite dealt with the first complaint and immediately took action to keep the customer happy. Very good case and best customer service.
