Great Product, easy to use. Customer service is top of the line.

Easy to use for both new users as well as experienced users. Customer service is always willing to help. Very good reporting system. Can be used for multiple divisions or even companies within an organization. It can also be used in conjunction with other software solutions. I wish they would offer a cloud version of the product but have been told they are working on it. For those looking for a turn key solution, this is it. It has all the bells and whistles you need for day to day operations. It allows us to track employee attendance and productivity. There is no better out there. I like how easy is to use from any device as well as its ability to integrate into other platforms such as CRM or ERP systems. Also very flexible in terms of customization for your needs. It has been difficult at times finding out what we are missing so far but they have made an effort to improve this over time. We can now easily track our employee's hours worked per week/month which helps us keep better tabs on their productivity levels.
