Should have listened to all the reviews but really wanted one for my husband and sizing options were limited. My husband usually wears large ones but I went for size XXL and would say they are more like small/medium men at best. The elastic band at the bottom of the shirt may not be comfortable for those who usually wear oversize or plus size clothing. I tried this on just for comparison, I'm 5ft 2in, 120lbs and the elastic fitted my hips perfectly and it was a little big in my arms and chest. It makes no sense that an XXL size almost fits me, even if it's a compression shirt.
