They are really good and work great. I had read previous reviews that the gear was bad but still decided to buy it because I have a lot of gear in my garage that I wanted to use. I didn't need the gear I have. Not sure why the reviews are complaining about the hardware as the ones that came with it worked great for me. They didn't flex during movement, I drove onto the track and they stayed in place. At first it vibrated a bit. I used a ratchet wrench and tightened it as hard as I could and these mirrors are solid. There is no vibration and they stay in place. If you have any of the problems that other people have mentioned, just tighten the nuts and you'll be golden.
