I don't know if this is normal, but it doesn't look like the pictures in the instructions or the Revain product website. As I said, I bought 2 of these and they arrived today. Both have broken segments on the display. As you can see from the image, the border around the brightness icon and fan speed icon appears to be broken and doesn't go through completely as the segment above and below the borders is missing. Both devices I bought are exactly the same in terms of display. So I'm not sure if this is normal or if something doesn't look like the pictures. If they don't look like one of the pictures then that doesn't seem normal to me. I will give a better review as soon as I hear from the company. But I don't like the way it looks and I can send them back if I can contact Amazon about this issue. To update!. After seeing many reviews with photos and also watching YouTube videos and even discussing it with my buddy, he recommended it to me as he has been using it for about a year. It also showed that the displays on both if it has the same gaps around the fan and brightness. You also heard directly from the company via email that it was ok! Thank you AC Infinity! :-) I finally gave one of these devices that I bought to my son to connect to his Xbox One X as it was his second gaming console replacement under warranty. He really likes knowing the tempo now that he and his family are playing it! I am planning to connect the second console I bought to my original Xbox One console! :-) I increased my star rating for that! :-)
