Not recognized by the printer Update: I gave one star at first but Arthur sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY - like we didn't even have much downtime! My brother mfc L2740dw has a problem with resets, and the second drum didn't work either. If this problem occurs, try with the front cover open. Press (Cancel) to reset the error. Tap (Settings) > All Settings > Device Information. > Parts life. Hold # until the message on the LCD changes. press drum. Click Yes. Press (Home). All in all, Arthur has proven to be a really helpful partner with that pesky Brother printer and you can count on them to get it right no matter what. You literally can't lose by trying them.
