Initial data: a mouse whose left click does not work and, unfortunately, the receipt is lost. Bottom line: 3 times I wrote to technical support for service, 3 times I received a reply about "purge the mouse, connect it to another device." After the third time, I decided to check if something was stuck between the jumper (click button) and the case key, since technical support so insistently advises blowing everything with compressed air. I removed the case (it can be removed with one screw without any problems) and found that nothing interferes, the click button really does not work (I will attach a test video a little later). After a call to those support, I received an answer that I would be denied service since I opened the product, and this is against company policy. For those who disassemble a computer mouse, tell me how can I damage it by removing the case ?! Its design means easy removal. Why do support advise me to blow compressed air on the mouse 3 times? Will this fix the click button on the board? Outcome. 3 thousand were wasted, how happy I was with the purchase of this product, I’m just as disappointed with the work of the company, I’ll try to fix it myself, maybe the contact was badly soldered (and this will really be considered self-repair, and not removing the cover !) and of course a disgusting review, which, probably, will not affect the sales of the company in any way.
