I hate this thing, I don't like this form factor. However, it was a useful tool. I have worked on a 2000 VW Beetle, a 2001 Audi A6, a 2005 Chevy Avalanche, a 2012 Chevy Malibu and a 2013 Buick Regal. Do the hard work like programming the key fob, diagnosing the ABS brakes, and figuring out the door locks. This device worked without any problems. It will not program the immobilizer on VW or Audi, but this is due to the lack of vehicle information, so a decision on this has not yet been made. It would be nice to have some information about the reports you can create and possibly send to clients. I'm assuming most of the information is online with launch, I just have a feeling the device was sent with something. This product needs a bit of maturing before I love it. I could work on two machines for most of the day without charging and would say I could on the third. A new generation of mechanics will appreciate the form factor.
