The hooks are much better than the rubber coated hooks I have used before. The coating does not tear off exposing bare metal like the others which end up scratching my bikes. They have smaller threads and are easier to install and the hook isn't as deep which allows easier hanging. I would purchase these hooks again.

Threads were a bit smaller than anticipated compared to those I regularly see at the hardware store. Overall works fine to hold bikes to ceiling.

Exactly what we needed to organize things in our garage. These hooks were easy to install and sturdy enough for all of the tools, yard equipment, heavy duty power cords and chairs we wanted to store on the garage walls. Bonus is they were a good price!

They advertised they have some type of gel rubber coating to prevent scratches but that coating legit tears within seconds of putting a bike up on it and this was more than one hook either us Some electrical tape to not scratch Rims or go to your local Home Depot and get more quality ones

This product worked well for what I wanted, that is to get yard tools off the floor and hanging on the walls or shelf supports. My shed is neater now.

The steel appears to be a hot dipped galvanized coating. The steel itself has a matted plastic coating that covers all of the steel except the threads. I was looking for all of the steel to be covered to avoid scratches etc. so these fit the bill. Putting the hook into a 2x6 required a pilot hole since the wood was dry and hard, this was expected. In short the hood works as expected.

These hooks are perfect for hanging bikes on the wall or ceiling for the off season. They work well for hanging outdoor equipment on the wall like weed whackers, hoses, tools and are perfect for getting your fishing rods out of harm's way.

I used these to hang kids bikes and they worked perfect. I used a 7/32 bit to drill my pilot hole and they screwed right in. I’ll definitely use these again if I need them for anything else!

These heavy duty hooks work very well for hanging items from the ceiling and wall. They work especially well in the ceiling and when properly mounted in the ceiling joist, can support a lot of weight. I definitely would recommend these items.

Used the hooks to hang bikes. Mountain bike wheels don't fit inside and they bend easily. Still able to use for road bikes but we'll see how well the hold up.

I like to use these hooks for larger tools and such, even though they are made for bikes. I really like the protective coating on them, they don't scratch what you are hanging up, whether the rims or frame on your bike or the equipment you want to hang. These are perfect for my needs.

Excellent quality and sturdiness! These were exactly what I was hoping they would be.quality at a good price! I find it helps to predrill with a smaller bit to allow for the hook screws to start into the wood.

Seems like a good hook and coating. I deducted a star because the threads don’t penetrate well-enough to install without drilling a pilot hole. Other than that minor inconvenience, they seem solid overall.
