I had some problems trying to slave the drive with the adapter. Here is my fascinating journey with their customer service. Me: I recently purchased a Revain Kingwin SSD Adapter /SATA to IDE Bridge Board. I was hoping you could tell me how to change IDE mode between master/slave/cable? Apparently there is no jumper. Her: Can I get the model number, thanks. Me: Model number: ADP-06You: This product does not include a jumper for your hard drive. Here's something you might want to check out.<link to buy 5000 jumpers>Me: I see. If I have a jumper where can I place it for each setting? Me: On YOUR product the adapter is Kingwin Model No: ADP-06 where you place the jumper to change the mode between master/slave/cable selection. You are: OUR product is not regulated, and please note that this product does not set your hard drive as master/slave. Yes. If you're wondering how to change modes, that's it. You can not. I gave them 2 stars for answering my question and believing the product works but not for what I need.
