Although it's possible that the high quality is due to the fact that I was unable to "make friends" with any driver newer than 2022, there is nothing that can be done about it. The 2022-2022 driver just does not work at all. I attempted to manually install the diver from the site on Windows, but it was unsuccessful. The camera does not function, which appears to be the issue. It works for a minute before turning off when you remove it from the device configuration. Friends with more experience informed me that she is turning off since she has just loaded a new driver that she is unable to use. The issue was resolved by disabling the driver using the registry editor; I'm now set to live forever in 2022))) Linux installation also had issues (usual, unending somehow didn't enter, destroyed). Only the bootable USB flash drive needs to be written through Rufus for Windows to install without issues, but none of the ten Linux installations that were attempted were able to detect the hard drive. When I finally persuaded the accustomed system administrators that I needed to pick it up in the BIOS, everything went smoothly. True, not for long; a month later, Linux crashed, but the PC is probably no longer using it (although who knows, on the second computer the same Linux works fine) I would recommend this pc as a whole.
