I like that it's easy to create RFPs, manage them and track responses. It also has an excellent reporting feature which allows you to see what stage each project is in as well as who responded so far. The price can be prohibitive for smaller businesses or those without IT support. We use speedrfp at my current job because we have very little staff (2) and therefore need something simple but still effective to help us run our day-to-day business. This software helps us keep up with all of our projects and make sure they are moving forward appropriately. Benefits include being able to quickly respond to requests from customers while using only two people.
