So I got these for my build and ran into a small issue I didn't mention. I used Ryzen 2700x with ASROCK x370m Pro4 motherboard. and 32GB of these flash drives (3200). You are not in QVL. At first I entered all 4 at once, didn't even go into the BIOS, just got stuck at boot. I've tried a few things such as only 2 at a time for each pair, same problem. I made sure everything was plugged in and even double-checked to make sure the processor was properly seated. Everything looked fine, but the store was still grinding. In the end, simply inserting a stick into the first slot worked for me. For some reason when it only had 1 stick it recognized it and took me to the BIOS, maybe someone knows why? The strangest part is that it had to be a special stick. One of the two worked and the other didn't. Then I just added each stick and currently all 4 work. RAM only worked on 2133 but that doesn't matter, you can change that. I don't know why mine only needed 1 specific drive to run, but if you're having this problem give it a try, it might work for you.
