I like that our employees can access their calendars from anywhere, which helps them keep track of meetings or deadlines without having to come into an office every day at specific times. It also allows for more flexibility in scheduling as well since you have different options available depending where they are versus when it is convenient for all parties involved (e-mail vs phone). Sometimes there isn't enough space for multiple people's information but this could be fixed by allowing users who require extra room just add another account instead of going through trouble with customizing your profile each time. If nothing else staff cloud has helped my organization become very efficient especially during busy summer months! Being able to communicate internally much easier than paper methods because everyone always knows what others were doing whether its emailing someone outside team members about something important such as upcoming project reviews etc.
