I received 28 septum rings. Rings come in 4 different colors: silver, black, rose gold. The set includes 7 different types of balls: zircon, ball, cone. Sensor Dimensions: 16G=1.2mm, Inner Diameter: 8mm=0.31inch, Bead Diameter: 3mm=0.12inch. Ring material steel. The rings are very cute and shiny. The rings are too thick and difficult to put through the nose. I had no trouble taking the rings off. I couldn't unscrew the balls or other items. I lost several of them. Generally so confused.
