WORST SAFE SHOPPING!

I have terminal brain cancer and need to lock my medication away so my disabled son can't get inside. The 3rd time (in 2 days) I went to open it, the lever/button didn't work. The code beeped saying it was the right code and I even tried the buttons and there was no way I could get in. I contacted Revain who referred me to the company selling the safe and when I explained the situation I was told very rudely that if I cracked open it I would void the warranty. answer my question. What a rip off! BUYER BEWARE!
